What forms of payment do you accept?
Bungalo accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Electronic Gift Cards.
How do I apply a discount code? Can I use more than 1?
Each promotion, or special offer, has a code that you can type in during checkout, which tells our system to apply that particular offer or discount toward your purchase. Sorry, limit is one per order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, as soon as your order is received by Bungalo, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped you will receive an additional email with tracking information.
How do I check the status of my order?
All orders ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive tracking information in your email as soon as your shipment is on the way. If you have any additional questions, please email email@example.com.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 1pm EST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Transit times are subject to carrier changes or delays and are not guaranteed. Please see Customized and Pre-Order Item section as processing times may vary.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Sorry! We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide us with another address to process your order in a timely fashion.
What are your shipping rates?
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping on most items with the exception of custom and preorder items.
Customized and Pre-Ordered Items
Our customized items are made to order and are subject to various production lead times.
- Please allow 10-14 business days for custom monogrammed items to ship.
- Please allow 30 business days for customized ceramics to ship.
Customized items are final sale and may ship separately from the remainder of your order.
Pre-order item ship dates are specified in product listings. Pre-order ship dates are estimated and are subject to change.
Orders including regular merchandise and pre-ordered items will ship together when pre-ordered items become available.
Please contact customer service for overnight and 2-day shipping on oversize items.
Returns / Exchanges
How do I process a return?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and accept returns and exchanges of unused, full price merchandise for 30 days.
To request a return/exchange, please click here and complete the information -- we will reply within 1 business day with instructions and your Return Authorization #. Orders returned without an RA # are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 10 business days of receipt back at our warehouse.
Will I have to pay for my own return shipping?
Yes. Bungalo does not offer free return shipping. A payment of $5.95 will be charged to the original form of payment for exchange shipping.
I bought my items on sale, can they still be returned?
Custom and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
I received an incorrect/broken item. Now what?
First off, we are sorry about this inconvenience! Please take a picture of your broken item and attach it to an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to replace any broken/incorrect items at our expense. If the item you ordered is incorrect, please send an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to replace it.
How can I send my order as a gift?
During the checkout process, you will have the option to add gift wrapping to your order for just $5.00. Gift wrapped items are beautifully wrapped in a Bungalo box. A personal message on signature Bungalo cards can be included at no additional cost. Gift wrapping is not available on oversize items.
